Cancellation policy
Should you cancel your registration, the Organising Secretariat must be informed by e-mail. The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
- Notification received by 29 May 2027: total refund (handling fee: € 30,00).
- Notification received after 30 May 2027: no refund.
How refunds are processed
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
